Why do I keep coming back to this location? The three times I've been here the outcome has been negative and did not take care of my issues. The locations in Desoto and Ross Ave. Are better. From now on I will just communicate with an ATM at this location.
Jelica was very helpful in getting the problem with my card fixed fast. Everyone is so helpful at this branch. I feel like norm in cheers. They know my name every time I come in here!
I went into the Lewisville branch and was helped by Jelica Tribue. She was awesome. I opened a new account and she thoroughly explained everything to me. Also, my wife needed to get a new debit card. Ms. Tribue’s customer service was excellent. She made our transactions effortless. Thank you all for all of your help.
I went into the Branch today and Jelica Tribue was the first to be able to successfully assist me and my husband in redeeming our CU of Texas Perks and I missed out on so many points because no other MRS was able to assist and to me that speaks volumes and such excellent customer assistance that is so needed in this day and time, also she so patient the company has a great asset in Jelica.
Lisa is the best. She has helped our family in so many ways from setting up our accounts (including our kid's) to personal loans, credit cards and auto refinance options. I cannot say enough good about Lisa and everyone at this branch.
