I made an appointment to see Misallele Garcia for an account this is the second appointment I had to go for the last one was on Friday three days ago, come to find out I’m told that I don’t have an appointment and Misallele is out due to possibly COVID exposure. This came from the branch’s bank manager himself and when I said what do you mean possible exposure.. he said he doesn’t have any symptoms he doesn’t have it in a very casual way. Are you a doctor? Do you realize that covid can cause zero symptoms and you can still get it?! Not only that but WAS ANYONE GOING TO NOTIFY ME ONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES WAS POSSIBLY EXPOSED TO COVID IF I DIDNT COME BACK FOR AN APPOINTMENT!!!! This is so sick to me to take this casually your bank manager should be fired !

This is now my “go to” BOA branch.nI had multiple activities to complete. The tellers were responsive and the teller manger stepped in quickly to approve and ensure my needs were met. Jose, Relationship Manager, helped me with my next task, polite and answering all questions, offering additional assistance. Kyle, Bank Manager, provided connects and explanations for my next task.

I had an appointment for notary services that I made several days ago. When I showed up the representative told me they tried to call me that morning because their notary had an emergency. I told her did not have any calls. Then she changed her story saying she didn’t have my number on file to be able to call. I’ve been a banking customer with BofA since 2004 and haven’t changed my phone number since then. What a load of BS. I’m contemplating leaving for good. Stay away from this branch.nnUpdate: per BofA’s social media team comment left on my review, I reached out to their team the next day and provided them my contact information.nnTo which they finally replied a week later: “Thank you again for your feedback. We have documented your complaint and forwarded your concerns to the proper leadership team. Let us know if we can be of future help. ^jennifer”nnJust letting you know they don’t I’m so much besides forward the obvious and waste time.

Rameez Shad and Richard are disgusting and extremely unprofessional forms of leadership. Rameez is extremely aggressive, overly invasive and behaves like ferreter. Both need to be terminated. I can not and will never return. Both are an Embarrassment to Bank of America.

Came in here to cash a check. It was only $33. Waited in line for quite a bit, but I get it people need to get their banking business done. Get to teller and she tells me I can only deposit the check, that she has no cash. What kind of bank doesn’t have cash??? She told me I would have to wait for the next teller or go to ATM. I’ve always had good experiences here in the past but I noticed today that none of my usual bankers are there. So Bank of America, get your stuff together and keep some cash on hand LOL
