My wife and I just moved to Frisco, TX about six months ago. Relocating from out of state comes with a little anxiety over finding so many new services that will live up to our expectations at one time. After reading the reviews for Earthwise Frisco it became apparent that we could trust them grooming our priceless 13 year old German Shepherd who needs a good deal of patience and some special care due to her age. From the time I made the call to discuss our needs right through picking our girl up they were amazing to deal with. All of the young ladies I came in contact with were kind, caring and compassionate professionals. Krista who did the actual grooming recognized some special needs and contacted us to let us know it would be a good bit longer that she projected, but to make sure that was OK with us. Our Shepherd has never looked better. Krista did an amazing job. I would highly recommend this business. They clearly earned their 4.9 rating!
First time bringing in my mutt for a grooming and I could not be more happy. They paid attention to all my requests and were patient with my dog - she’s a nervous little noodle. Very impressed with customer service from the front end and groomers. Will definitely be back and recommend to my friends.
I really like the self dog wash. It’s very clean and easy to use. I also really like that there are only two dog wash basins, unlike other places that have 4-6 and don’t limit the amount of people. The dog food options are high quality and very good treats. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I give this place 5 stars.
I was able to get a grooming appointment for my new puppy within a short period of time. Front register staff was personable and nice. I look forward to having my pup groomed here for a long time!
We have tried several other groomers for our golden doodle and the others have always poodled our doodle! This place groomed my golden doodle the right way and a he’s finally looking so cute! I highly recommend Earthwise for grooming of your golden doodle. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The price was affordable.
