We only feed our dogs high end food. One of the things I love about Hollywood Feed as I can get what I'm looking for, it's a reasonable place and they have a loyalty program and they are all kinds of cool snacks to get my dogs. This is someplace I will shop at forever

I had the pleasure of doing business with this company recently for the first time. I placed a curbside pickup order for 3 items. I received a text from Carla within a few minutes of placing my order that stated they were out of 1 item but the Prosper location had it and someone would run over to their store and get it for me. This is exceptional customer service! They did not have to do that... so nice of them! Then when I arrived I actually went inside to get my order so I could thank Carla in person. The gentleman who was at the front greeted me when I came inside. He was over the top helpful and nice. He helped me pick out another item that I was having trouble deciding about. I’ve never lost faith in kindness but let me tell you... this amazing group of souls sure does bring a warm welcome during a time where most people are finding it hard to navigate kindness. I will be returning to their location for future items. Thank you again for your kindness and big hearts.

Employees have always been super helpful. We had some challenges finding a dog food that worked for our dog. They listened and showed us our options. We’ve been going back for dog food since then.

Excellent Delivery Service!nThis was our first time ordering same day delivery from Hollywood Feed.nThe service was FANTASTIC!! The delivery guy had the greatest level of courtesy. He gently knocked on the door. When we answered the door, the delivery guy had his mask on, placed the package in front of the door and stood back from the door so that we could properly identify him.nMy husband and I both agreed that this was the most thoughtful, respectful, and courteous customer service that we have received especially during this entire pandemic!!!nThank you so much Hollywood Feed!! You made our day!

No matter which location I visit, everyone is always SO AWESOME! The store is near, orderly, organized. The selection is perfect and always up to date for my needs. I love seeing the pups in the stores and today was no exception!
