I called 10 Times not once did they awnser. Just immediately ends the calls after it rings a few times. I get they might be busy but atleast awnser and put me on hold. Don’t make me try and call 10 times to get absolutely nothing accomplished

I wish i could give negative or 0 stars. The woman who helped me was completely unprofessional and had her office lights off!! She didn’t apologize or offer to turn them on! It was raining and dark outside so it was difficult to see any paper you had to sign! In addition, i was asked to show two forms of ID (which i did) and was told it was not good enough. When i asked to speak to a manager, the lady said “she will just tell you the same thing i am yelling you.” Listen, i asked for a manager, not your opinion. The manger was not much nicer, but did get the job done. I am going to pull all of my money out of this crooked institution m. But not before i tell all the good folks i know not to bank with BOA! ud83dude0a

Worst Bank of America I have ever been to. The door girl takes her job way too seriously and the teller was the slowest teller I've ever had. There's no reason for your door girl to be snapping at people. So glad I never have to come back to this location ever again.

I just moved here from GA. Man do i miss my Bank of American Branch. You walk in and There is person that actually see's you and ask you what i am there for. Here they act like i am burden on them. They don't pick up the phone at all. When asked if i can get a snapshot of my account with my current address on it so i can verify my proof of residency i have to wait on MONTH in order to get that. In my 12 years of banking with BOA i am having thoughts about moving my account somewhere else.
