I see the google ratings are low, but I would love for everyone to take a moment to read this. Ms. Dani was fantastic and went above and beyond for me to start my membership and become a family member to BBVA once again. I will again and again refer BBVA to anyone and everyone not just for their banking needs. The service they provided was quick and easy and more than just one member of their branch was willing to participate in answering all my questions. I can truly say, I was treated as a valued customer and a BBVA member of the family. BBVA is an outstanding place to bank and arrange finances as well as plan for the future. They're client service as well as what they provide to us as the customer, is like no other. BBVA is an outstanding place to bank and arrange finances as well as plan for the future. The BBVA mobile banking app is well organized and you can find everything you need there without the hassle of a phone call to customer care or a visit to the branch.

The BBVA in Preston is so much better the teller at this branch literally told me to go back to Preston to do my business this team needs better training or go to see how the Preston location by stonebrier location gets it done the manager there puts customer first BBVA is a great bank but this team needs help

If I could post 0 stars I would. Girls at the counter are great, but anyone else is less then helpful. Manager new manager is not helpful, he can clear it up and be helpful and hes not even trying nor even trying to talk. I would not suggest anything to do with this bank because of the manager. No customer service.

I am a server at CUT! by Cinemark. BBVA is making my job much more difficult. Every single guest who enters with a BBVA debit card will without a doubt have a declined transaction and receive a fraud alert during their movie. This puts both the guest and myself in an uncomfortable position where they have to call the bank just to tell them they’re watching a movie, or I have to ask them for another form of payment. It’s gotten to the point where I ask for a different card as soon as I see them pull out that blue and green card. I’m not sure whether anyone at this particular location has the power to fix this, but please send the message upward and get this fixed.
