BB&T is a great company my dad and I have banked with them for a while now. I have my daughters savings acct set up with them. The reason I’m giving this location 1 star is because of the African American teller who’s name I can’t remember... I’ve never seen her before.. (maybe she’s new) my dad and I go with Robin who’s amazing and super sweet. But this lady who I saw today was very rude. BB&T needs to be careful with the new employees who they hire... cause don’t forget... they hold our money. But if you visit this place... see ROBIN!!
Very friendly staff and their head banker, Robin, is awesome. I like the fact that when I go in there I don't get attacked with up selling like at Chase, Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Feels like a small town bank.
This is the worst branch to deal, with Shane brown is a very disrespectful individual, I applied for a small loan and got the run around, I was send wrong paperwork to sign, and just gave up, I will never ever step foot in this branch again, I deal with the Frisco branch much friendlier and professional.
