I would give this B.O.A. location negative stars/reviews if there was such a rating. For basic services -- i.e. notory or personal/business banking -- they always want to schedule an appointment that is 1 to 2 weeks out. I typically only cash checks at this location, but when those aforementioned services are needed its ridiculous to have to wait 1 to 2 weeks. Save time and don't use this B.O.A. I hate having to uses services in other areas but it is what it is.
Long lines many times one teller and no drive thur windows.
This location needs a service makeover. Their lines are always long and slow. The people are pleasant but why not when your customers have to wait over 20 minutes to cash a check, during NONE peak hours. This was prior to COVID-19 and now it is simply worse.
People love to complain, I have been visiting this bank and yes the lines are long and slow, but that’s normal. Too many customers in at one time cuase long lines and longer waits. I like and trust Bank of America.
went to cash a check today and the people behind the counter was protected with gloves and everybody had masked but the customers aftereafter customer going up was touching the counter and nobody's cleaning the counter after each customer leaves and it's not fair and I brought it to the teller he act like he didn't care and I also talked to the securityguard he said okay but we're still being contaminated they're not cleaning like they're supposed to clean
