Not friendly at all. Small town banking was not the way to go. Was double charged on a transaction and when I called about it was told I had to call the merchant. WOW. Two hours after reaching out to the merchant fund out it a banking error. No apology, no return phone call, just closed my acct on a Friday and didn’t send the check out till Monday (making sure they kept me from my money longer). Nice work Cristy Tull and debbie evans
These ladies were wonderful!! They went above and beyond for me and I'm not even one of their customers. I truly appreciated what they did for me!!
