Friendly, professional staff who go out of their way to make things as comfortable as they can. They have been a wonderful resource for information about dialysis.
Neglectful, rude and abuse their position at this facility.
It was my fiances experience, actually. They were rude to him, one nurse jammed a thermometer in his ear & damaged his hearing (moreso than it already was, & was also rude to him on another matter that he was knowledgeable on, having experienced it multiple times) causing him to leave & not go back. I once had to call them to demand he be released early because they were being rude to him to the point it was causing his anxiety to peak &, I had to threaten to call the cops on them & tell them he was being held against his will before they finally let him go... They also screwed up some important paperwork & have made him mad to the point he hasn't been back for dialysis in almost 3 weeks! (Keep in mind this is what keeps him alive, so I am pissed that they made him feel not safe & treated horribly to the point he is basically afraid to get treatment.)nnUPDATE: They lied about knowing he had PTSD & HIGH ANXIETY & got him BANNED from being treated by any Da Vita, & because of that lie, other places turned him down too!!! Hes going to DIE because of these jerks!!!
Stalling and rudeness with booking appointments. “We have a process” and won’t book an appt when all requirements are met., versus telling the family why, and etc. I would waste my time w this clinic!
