Love shopping here - staff is usually awesome. Came in today to briefly browse 33 minutes before closing (yes, the employee made sure to tell me exactly how much time I had) and the staff had an attitude. Cashier tried to be nice once I questioned their attitude but the bigger (Not trying to be rude, I just don’t know how to differentiate them. It is a plus size store after all) white girl was not happy!
Very accommodating staff. Friendly and professional with a good selection of ladies plus size contemporary clothes.

The associates at this location were so sweet! I was looking for a sexy, yet tasteful outfit for my 7 year anniversary with my husband, and they both put together a couple of outfits for me. They were so excited, lol. I ended up getting everything because it all fit me perfectly and looked so good. I feel so beautiful in Torrid clothing, and I always shop here when I want to look really good. It’s worth it.
