Today we went to Clark at Allen outlets. The moment that we walked in into the store we found a smiley welcoming man his name is Andrew that was so helpful and very patient. He tried his best with us to find the pairs we wanted. We liked the way he was dealing with us and how he was professional sales man. Great experience, will be repeated soon.
Love their shoes and can't beat the prices! Always a two for something sale!
Came an hour to look at shoes and was able to go in and out quickly. Then came back an hour later to just pick up pair of shoes that we just wanted to quickly buy but had to wait an hour and still waiting outside while there are barely 5 people inside. I understand that due to covid-19, they have to limit the capacity but this is seriously insane to have to wait outside while there are barely anyone inside. Black guy (Tray) inside was pretend working when we came an hour ago and he is still doing nothing when we came 2nd time. LACK OF CARE for their customers and does not care what their concerns are. Never again will I come to this store or any other one of their franchise again. I guess it's just one customer lost for them..as I said they don't care of their customers needs or concerns
