First off I love Tory and I’ve been to this location a few times, usually very pleasant.nnUpon arrival I stood in line and had a very good conversation with the door attendant as I waited to be granted permission inside.nnWhen I got inside, I was NOT greeted or asked for assistance. The woman in the back of the store asked individuals around her if they needed help, and walked right past me. I honestly feel it had to do with my appearance, as I was dressed down due to coming from work. As I walked through other sections of the store, NO ONE asked me did I need help or offer assistance. Others were immediately approached and helped. I had to walk up to the lady in the back who initially ignored me and ask for assistance. I went in with intention on spending more than I did but I honestly had to get out of there. I felt extremely uncomfortable. I usually don’t purchase items from places with bad customer service as I’ve worked in retail before, BUT I love Tory and my mom who I purchased a gift for does as well. Anyway, do better please. Treat everyone equal. This made an everlasting impression on me, and I’m in no rush to return with service like that. Also, the store was NOT busy, so please do not try to attempt to justify the poor service that was provided. Thank you.

Great deals! Long line to wait to get in but well worth it. The silky masks at 5 for 7 dollars are incredible!

Each time I visit, I go when Tony is working. He is professional and very helpful. He is always helping me narrow down my selection to find the best fit pieces for me. I love working with him. Can’t wait to go back. If you are a Tory Burch lover then this is is the place to shop. Clean store and variety of merchandise.
