The Hispanic manager which is a female is very rude, and so are the female cashier! They do not greet people, they do not help customers, and I had very bad experience with them multiple times! I rather drive all the way to Grand Prairie just to avoid this place! The management needs to train their workers to have good customer service experience! Maybe get other people who want to actually work.
I bought the sandals a week ago and I hardly used it. But the soul was separated from sandal with weak gum. I requested for a exchange but the manager disagreed for it. Bad customer service with bad quality of goods in the store.
Yesterday I went into this store just to see what their inventory looked like. I walked in and wasn’t greeted. There were three employees working at the time, two women and a male. Ten mins into looking around still wasn’t acknowledged . The employees were just talking among themselves . About 15 mins in a female employee decided to see if I needed help. She helped me. While she’s in the process of helping me the male employee decided to go in the back and turn off the lights while I was still in the store. Went to check out and the female employee that helped me started to clean and that left the male and another female employee behind the register . They once again are talking amongst themselves, conversation went something like this: male, whispers somethingnFemale : see you did get a salenMale: makes a facenFemale: look it’s a 50 something dollar salenMale: okaynFemale: remember it’s a sale.nMe: so annoyednOverall the customer service here sucks. Never going back again!
Bad customer service... Tall girl helped me find the shoes but quite rude.. Not going again.... Why do people work if they feel so ashamed and unhappy about what they are doing.....nSeems owner of this store is not watching and doesn't want to fix this...
