It's amazing how much better a shopping experience can be when the staff are friendly and do their jobs. If you live in the Wylie/Murphy area I would highly recommend coming to this store over the Murphy location. The store may be bigger, but the staff there are willing to treat you as though you are not a person when THEY were the ones that made a mistake. Thank you Garland store for being decent human beings!
I love Hollywood feed!! Alex and his staff are amazing. My dog was having some digestive issues and Alex was able to answer my questions and recommend a different food choice for my dog and so far the new food has been great. I would recommend Hollywood to anybody.
My go-to store and staff!nI’ve been going here regularly for years! The staff is always so helpful in answering my questions and assisting with new products! Alex has helped both myself, as well as my sister, on numerous occasions and has even done further research to ensure we get exactly what we need for our individual pet’s needs! There is a reason we go out of our way to visit this specific store location! 100% Recommend!
Smaller store and things were scattered because of it. Employees were extremely helpful and knew where everything was.
Place is frankly one of the best pet shops I have ever been to. They also offer delivery. I'm not shopping anywhere else again.
