We have been coming here the past few months and it’s always been amazing but today really took it up a whole new level. When we came in to get new food and nail clippers after a bad vet visit, the owner greeted us with a nice warm and friendly hello. She was able to answer every question we had about food and different products. She even went out of her way to explain why certain products are better than others depending on dog type and what the products were used for. However, the biggest point for me was what she did for my dog. She made him happy, gave him treats, learned his name, about his breed, and gave us advice based on this information. Her knowledge and service toward my dog alone will make me a permanent supporter. I would pay double price if needed be to get the top level products and knowledge that I got here today.
Amazing store and staff! I've been going here since I moved to plano, and I have never been disappointed! They are very informative and will show you every option there is.
Fantastic store and fantastic company. Their customer service is always top notch, and they helped me get my dogs on a diet that they love. We've discovered a sensitivity to chicken, so HF has always been great in exchanging what didn't work for things that do!
Awesome Place!nEmployees are very friendly, helpful and very laid back. Apart from the wonderful range of products, great prices and still have a policy that you can return the items if your dog doesn’t like something. I cancelled all my Amazon orders for the goodies, treats, leashes, toys, the kennel - everything! Their prices and quality is awesome!!!nTruly a pet friendly and they really do love animals there.nHidden gem, never knew they were in my back yard until a friend told me about them through word of mouth. I don’t usually write too many reviews unless the place is worth it, but I do highly recommend this place!
