Great service by Paul and Robyn. They have cute lizards and ferrets. However I do have one, and only one complaint. I go here to get meal worms for my lizard, Margret, and the shipments are supposed to come on Tuesday and Friday but they often do not, so it’s a bit disappointing for me to drive 30 minutes (round trip) plus 5 minutes to go in and see, only for there to be no meal worms ud83dude05 if there was a way to know what’s stocked like you can with Kroger and stuff, that would be nice so I could do homework instead of driving for no reason basically. Great staff though, and it’s been pretty much the same people since i started going when I was 6 in 2009. (Well, same people pretty much in the lizard section)

Everyone is nice and knowledgeable. Helped us get ready for our new puppy and set us up with the rewards program. When we came back to buy a few more things we forgot our card and our rewards weren't set up yet so they looked up our previous transaction so we could get our rewards and use our coupons. That's truly going above and beyond to offer great customer service.

Petco stores will price match a competitor's prices including their coupon offers. For their services like grooming or hotel if they have it, I was told it varies by the store depending if the manager allows it. I think a smart and helpful manager or employee would honor or match a competitor store's offer if the store wants the customer's business.

The people restocking the shelves seemed super helpful. Unfortunately, the cashiers didn't seem too happy to be there. I also wish they had the prices clearly marked on the cookies by the front door, they are all bagged but nothing is marked. :(

I like this location. The staff is great! The store is organized, and I love the atmosphere.
