Great customer service! I really feel like I am a welcome customer, they know me by name and treat me like an old friend. They had the best rate around when I was looking for a place to bring my IRA. The front door is kept locked, and in this day and age I appreciate the added security.

If you could design a type of bank that you would love to be part of, what are some of the things you like to see happening in there?nTO me, I want to be able to walk into a bank and feel like I am walking in to a dear friend's home, where I feel genuinely welcomed and cared, where I could sit down and have a cup of coffee and discuss what went on in my day and know that the person sitting across from me will listen and care.nand that was my experience at BTH Mckinney location.nnot only was I able to get my financial business taking care of bynMichelle and Gail, but these ladies also was able to make my visit a memorable one!nIf you are also looking for a special bank, I highly recommend you give Michelle and Gail a call, you will not be disappointed

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE CLOWNS. I RECEIVED A MAILER FROM THEM TWO DAYS AGO. IT ADVERTISED 2.41 % INTEREST RATE FOR A ONE YEAR C.D.nnI WENT TO THEIR BANK AND PRIOR TO OPENING THE ACCOUNT, ASKED FOR THEM TO VERIFY THE RATE..................THE RATE WAS NOT 2.41 BUT WAS 2.07. THEIR EXCUSE WAS THAT THE FED RATE WENT DOWN SO THEY WENT DOWN............................NONSENSE....... THE FED RATE WENT DOWN TWO WEEKS AGO AND THE MAILER WAS TWO DAYS AGO..nnWALK PAST THESE CLOWNS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!nnNOW THIS IS STRANGE; THE FRONT DOOR IS KEPT LOCKED !!!! YOU HAVE TO BE BUZZED IN.
