They have always been very personable and friendly! I love all the bank associates at this location!
Would not recommend this location. Came in at 4:40 to open a account was told by Angel that I’m not allowed because they have to count down money. Why say the Lobby is open until 5 when you turn away potential customers. Not a good look. I will take my money elsewhere. Horrible customer service!
There was an female employee with glasses who was very rude . She was not helpful at all I would not advise going here .
This is completely unacceptable. The service at this location is horrible. I went here for help, but one of the staffs there didn’t have any respect to me. I tried to talk nicely to her, but the way she talked to me just show how unprofessional and rude she is. She is not deserved even a star for rating. After torturing me by her words and her disdain, she said sorry, but it’s too late.
Horrible service. Manager is completely RUDE!!!!! No help here. Go to different location
