Love that this bank doesn’t have a fee to have an account. But their customer service is 50/50 I’ve had some really good experiences with two different representatives that work there but there is this other lady called Selma that makes it seem like she hates her job she is such a nagger. Honestly worst customer service ever.
Worst customer service . I come to the drive thru because I can’t go inside and all the time they say I need to go inside because I have a large change order. Are u serious ? Send it in two trips . Ugh I’m done with this bank
Old atm: their old atm not well kept got my card stuck in it and when I sent to the teller to get it she responded as if it was not important enough for her to get my card out of the machine. I will never go back to the ATM because I'm afraid that my car door gets stuck and they do not maintenance or take care of their Bank
