I had a terrible experience here. They did not even try to help all I got was rude and condescending answers. I will never step foot in this branch again, nor use their ATM. I could throw a stone at this branch from my house. But they will never receive my business. Go to the main branch on Legacy and Independence, you will be glad you did. If it wasn't for the main branch and their top notch customer service, BBVA would have lost a longstanding, loyal customer due to this branch.
I only used the drive-up ATM. The machine was at a good height for me in my tiny car. No problems of any kind.
They told me the wrong information and now my account is getting closed !!!!! They are the worst ever
I’ve held an account for many years with this bank and I’ve always had good experiences here. The employees have gone above and beyond for me. Especially love the teller Kisha! A pleasure and I always leave with a smile on my face. Just makes my day so much better.
Slow service, and not very nice inside. But staff is welcoming and works hard. Low fees and nice staff.
