Absolutely the best staff of any BOA anywhere. These people do not get the credit they deserve. They always go above and beyond to help you out. Over the last year I've seen upper management, or whoever makes those decisions, put immense pressure on the staff by closing this location multiple times and sending staff to all kinds of other places to help out, and all kinds of other situations. Ive seen this location ridiculously short staffed during busy times and they never crack. They always meet you with smiles and do their job professionally. So much respect.

Excellent customer service, Mr. Thomas W. was very amiable and we were welcomed and helped even though they were about to close.
There’s always a problem with Bank of America, always. They obviously don’t know what they are doing. The two locations in McKinney are horrible! Horrible services!! That’s not the case if you go to one in Dallas or Plano or even Addison. It’s the ones in McKinney that lack service and friendliness and hassle. So disappointing. You would think they would fix it and make it better but they don’t. It’s been horrible for years.
My money has been stolen twice in a me week and it has been over 800 both times and it never get replaced by them when I don’t use that card.
