Efficient, professional, service.
I would have given a zero star if I could. I visited wellsfargo mckinney branch 4 times just to open a business account. The manager and two other employees did not have a clue on how to open a business account. They were calling their customer service and finding out how to etc. They have no clue on what documents are needed. They do not have any courtesy towards customers. They are not trained at the most basic things like opening an account. I wonder what else they do there.. Very disappointed!!
Always great service at this location!
The ATM at this location has been gone for awhile. So to get cash you have to jump through hoops at the drive through or pay fees at another bank nearby. Absurd!
Monday morning is not the time to have only one teller at counter and ne teller for drive thru. Worst managed bank i have been to in a while
