This bank deserved 0 stars! Worst service possible there! My grandmother opened an account here and seriously the worst service. First they lied about ordering her checks. After she waited weeks to receive they said oh they got lost in the mail, so we had to destroy them, we just reordered them. So dumb that makes 0 sense. Next she went to get cash from the bank and they told her account was froze. There was not any reason to freeze her account. Long story short they are so unorganized stay far away from this bank. You will have nothing but problems

I been a customer of this bank for about 3-4 years now and I can say I'm very satisfied with y'all services and staff. I'm a single mother of 5 who struggles every month to make ends meet . But thanks to the great customer service and care that I always received from the Branch in McKinney I wouldn't be able to do it . Not only are they understanding but they are compassion to my my needs and family. I don't get treated like a number but as family and which honestly is hard to say about any other banks . Terri which is the bank Manager and her staff in McKinney branch has always moved back in fort to help assist me with any issues. Please Please make sure they get appreciate it because from me and my family I have no words on how to thank them.
