The worst service I’ve ever had in my life.
The worst service - went there to get cashiers check and would not let me in even though there were absolutely no customers in the bank.nI understand with Covid they had some policy changes but the employees are standing around with no customers joking around certainly you should accommodate your customers since you have their money! Ridiculous
They never pick up their phones at all
Very slow service. I waited 20 min in DT late just to receive wrong change order.nThis is a ongoing issue at this location. Not sure if tellers don't know how to count.
Highly recommend Megan Cooksey! Even though my issue was a small one, she went above and beyond with her exceptional customer service.
