I love this branch! I was born and raised in Allen TX and would never move anywhere else. Everyone at this bank knows me by name and are all around good people. 5 stars for them!
There were 3 employees working at this location 2 tellers and one banker! Had to wait 25 mins before someone even came addressed me!
THE ATM IS NOT WORKING ABOUT HALF THE TIME I GO. I BELIEVE THE UNIT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AND UPGRADED TO A LARGER CAPACITY UNIT. THE AREA IS GROWING SIGNIFICANTLY TO THE EAST AND SOUTH AND THERE IS NO OTHER LOCATION CLOSE TO LUCAS. THE MACHINE SIMPLY CANT KEEP UP BUT CHASE DOES NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE PROBLEM. JUST KEEP CALLING THE REPAIR GUY I GUESS.
I come once in a while at this location. Deposit my business cash. They act like don’t like me and don’t want to do business because may be they don’t want to count cash. Employee asked the manager and she support her employee too. Looks like bad team. I never had a problem on other location. Chase management must have to think about their employees at this location.
If you want to get quick banking done and be in-&out, don't go to this location.
