Jake and his team were great to work with during this process. Everything was done remotely/digitally and they even recommended a title company that sent a notary to my home. I was able to refinance to a lower rate with very little effort thanks to their office and cannot recommend them enough.
Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation (Porch Light Branch) was incredible to work with. All of their staff is friendly and very responsive. The Fairway app was easy to use and allowed me to calculate my monthly mortgage costs and track each step of my loan process making for a seamless experience. My agent, Bryan Cowan, was especially knowledgeable and helpful. He always took the time to walk me through each step of the home buying process and explained everything in full detail. He really went the extra mile and is always looking out for his clients best interest. I would highly recommend Fairway and Bryan for your next home buying endeavor.
