Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

They are woefully understaffed. I needed to make a quick deposit with a teller. I have been standing in line for 45 minutes already. This is ridiculous. It should not take an hour to make a deposit that has been prepped and is ready to hand to a teller. My transaction will take 2 minutes....tops. So frustrating.

Very rude teller! I greeted her...no reply. After transaction she just hands me the receipt without as much as a thank you or have a nice day not a word !

I opened my first business account here in 2018 and they have been more than accommodating. As a new-ish business owner, I have had a lot of questions. The staff is always so friendly and courteous. Tellers are quick and polite. There are 2 branches closer to my home, but I drive here because the service is better.

Absolutely unbelievable! Many branches are closed (COVID), and I had to wait 40 minutes to see a teller to get MY MONEY. Then was told that there was a limit on how much of MY MONEY I could withdraw (COVID). This bank has become a joke! Stay away! SMH!

Never have enough cashiers working here.nAnd they closed down near by location.nTaking my business to chase bank.
