Always super helpful staff! I live in Houston and drive up here to have my machines serviced. I've also purchased 3 different machines and have been in LOVE with each one of them! Highly recommend

Mark was amazing in helping me select my new Janome Continental M7 sewing machine, and gave me a phenomenal price! Sew Vac City had super fast shipping, and I had my machine in a couple of days. Cathy is a phenomenal instructor and gave the most marvelous Zoom tutorial on how to use my machine. Pictured is one of the beautiful screensavers on the Continental M7. I highly recommend Sew Vac City for any sewing machine purchase! I would rate them 10 stars if I could!
