Never, in my entire life, I have not encountered such ignorance from any institution, as I did today from Olive Garden.nOn the 3rd day of black-outs, it is understandable that businesses are shutting down, but Olive Garden did it in very particular way.nTheir whole building was lit, as they are open, there were cars waiting for curbside pickup, as it was working and to my big surprise, the online ordering for curbside pickup was working. So since we couldn’t get in, we sat down in the car and ordered online. We got order confirmation, time of the pickup, even automatic sms to confirm our arrival at curbside pickup place. But no one was coming out of the restaurant, frustrated people waiting for their orders started to roll out empty handed. I took a walk around restaurant to find any, ANY INFORMATION, that the restaurant is closed for dine-in or online ordering. None! Try calling them, inner voice said. So I did. They have really nice music when you’re on hold. Its getting boring though, after 25 minutes.nNo respect to customers, no human decency in troubled times and most of all, complete lack of care.

I’ve been here several times and it’s always good. I was also reading some negative reviews and they kept saying that the food took long to get to their table, but from the many times I’ve gone it has never been like that. The waiters are nice too. The food is always good and the deserts are delicious.nThey also have free little mint chocolates at the front and they are literally my favorite part of the whole thing. The restaurant was very modern, well decorated and clean. Food was out quick and our waitress Blanca was extra attentive. Unfortunately, The food was not great in addition to the fact that they only had a limited menu so no more mash potatoes as a side! Only pasta is provided as a side so be prepared to strictly Italian. At least soup, salad and breadsticks is always the safe option.
