Our food was not what we ordered. Unfortunately not bartender fault she was stretched way to thin as they looked very short staffed. Had to flag her down for every drink we wanted and then had to ask for silverware to eat our food. We ordered the 5 for 15 special which the server nor the kitchen must of had no idea on what it was. Never asked us any options with the plates which they should of. Says 9 shrimp we had 4. Ordered steak MR came out well well done. They did remake and the new one was fantastic with great flavor. Only allowing what looked to me like 25 % capacity so i do wish our first experience would have been much better. We used map off the website and it brings you to a totally different spot. Called and had to ask for the direction. ud83dude12

Sever was in a rush made us order all our food upfront and didn’t even bother to wait for me to finish with my sentence when he left in a rush. The food from the start was good but when we got to our main course the steaks were both warm not even hot to the touch. The pasta was hot but very tasteless needs more attention on its sauce. I’m so disappointed this time around. I would still recommend this place just because it is a budget friendly kinda place.

For being a chain restaurant I still really like the food. House salad dressing is my favorite dressing. Pastas never disappoints. Love the new changes to the bar area. Great spot for Happy Hour.

We wanted to try out the place for the first time, so yesterday we arrived around 2pm. We were a family of 6, and were excited about the place. We entered and it was slow, they had about 3 tables, maybe 4. The host was nice to us, but the restaurant had an odd smell to it. She sat us down and said a server would come shortly. When we sat we noticed the table was still dirty, crumbs and wet stains on it. It was also very sticky, so were the menus and the plastic on the crayons they had given my kids. I tried to get someone's attention so we could clean the table, but no one ever looked our way. After waiting for almost 30 minutes for someone to come we decided to leave. We had seen two other groups of people walk in, get attended but no one had come to us since the hostess sat us down. I would have understood if it was a busy day, but like I said there wasn't many people there. First impressions usually stick, so I don't think we will be trying this place again.

Food was burned and salty. Waitress never brought plates for our pizza, took a ridiculous amount of time to bring anything. But the worse part was that she wrote down the percentage of tip we could leave her on our receipt. Staring at 15 percent. Extremely bad service. I do want to say that there was a lady in a blue shirt (I didn't get her name) who was trying her very best to make the situation better and who was very fast.
