I was greeted at the door and told the protocols for shopping in the store. I spent an hour picking out two pairs of shoes and when I went to pay for them they wouldn't take my cash. I even had exact change. Why didn't they tell me that at the door, why didn't they have a big sign up at the entrance? I completely wasted an hour of my day. I will never go back to DSW shoes.
One way aisles, no cash, designated try on areas where they're left if you don't like them (so any shoes you pick from the shelf are clean). Glad they're taking good precautions.nnAlso, solid collection relative to the area. Would've spent more time under different circumstances.
Went in looking to buy 1 pair of shoes and walked out with 7!!! ud83dude2c
Good store just a bit pricey
