Phenomenal customer service, impeccable taste in shoes. Walked in looking for a good comfortable tennis/skating shoe as I’m on my feet all day and found a great pair of leather slip on’s that were incredibly comfortable. Definitely my go-to for shoes.nnI’d like to note that they sell Clark’s (great brand if you’re unaware) yet they aren’t listed on the Clark’s website as a dealer. If I hadn’t been there previously for Clark’s I’d have driven to Houston where they have stores listed.
I took my grandmother to your store to purchase new shoes. Due to her swollen feet, she can only wear a certain type of shoe. Scott greeted us immediately and asked us how he could help. I explained what she was looking for and he quickly brought her some options. My grandmother also has early onset dementia and asked Scott about 10 times if a pair of shoes came in another color. He never became impatient and went with the flow. I really appreciated this. You have two new customers for life. Thank you!
