I really like this place. I love that the staff remember my dogs name and when we walk in they greet him, even though we don't go very often and only use the walk in bath stations. The drying area could use some updates/repairs but overall the facility is exactly what we need. I can't speak much towards their other services but the DIY dog wash is fantastic!
Very cool place to self wash your favorite doggos or schedule them for a staff wash or grooming service. So far I have only used the self wash, but I plan to start using their grooming service for my German Shepherd and the staff wash/nail clip for my Lab. I also originally felt like the price was a bit steep for the self wash. But after going I was impressed with what they give you (including treats) for the wash so I think their pricing is fair.
Excellent place with many different service options. Ask for Faith, she is the BEST one there..
We love, love, love Lucky Dog!! Super sweet staff, very talented, lots of different services, great prices! Special thanks to Misty for helping us get set up, Jessica for my itty bitty baby's Spa & Pamper day & Ashley M. for our other baby girls Spa Day! I talked to many other staff as well in person and on the phone and they were all so super sweet. They treat their customers kind which makes me comfortable leaving my babies! We are already booked to come back! Thanks again Lucky Dog.
I was very pleased with the price and quality of service here. The atmosphere is very welcoming and Ashley did a great job with my dog! Adding a before and after comparison. We will be making this our regular groomer for sure.
