I visit this location every few months. I have no idea where some of these reviews are coming from saying they're so friendly, much less that they learn your name. Ha. I try to kill-them-with-kindness every time, but have hardly ever gotten even a half smile. No one that works there is happy to be there - and it shows.nnAt best, you do what you came to do helped by an unfriendly teller. At worst, they make you jump through hoops to manage an account you've had for 15 years. They simply don't care whether or not you're happy. And why would they? It's not like their staying in business depends on personal accounts, and they're well aware of that.
