I have only had great experiences with the bank. Today, I needed advise on how I could transfer my money overseas, and Emmanuel did a great job of figuring out all of the details and patiently explaining them to me.
Real customer friendly experience to the word. Have performed simple transactions, account opening and money order generation. It was all smooth
The staff here is really friendly. They process your request quickly and the wait time in the que is minimum. I have been their customer for more than a year and a half and never had any sort of trouble. Moreover, there is a Wells Fargo ATM just outside the Bank. It's location is convenient from the university. Highly recommended for any student who plans to open a new account.

Tremendous customer service. Only took about 20 minutes to open an account. Employees are extremely nice and polite. Checking accounts are free for A&M students. Plenty of ATMs across College Station.
