The actual people who work at all of the BCS branches are WONDERFUL! They are so helpful and understanding. Now since TB&T has been bought out, the physical bank is HORRIBLE. It takes 3+ days for mobil deposit to go through. I literally have to go hungry and pay excess amounts of late fees because of this. First Financial is cancerous.
This is by far the worst bank I have ever used, I was just stranded at the gas station because my card was declining so I called customer service to try to get it resolved and their best course of action was for me to get them a letter from the gas station saying that I hadn't already gotten gas because it was showing up saying I had already made a purchase there even though it just declined. The customer service lady was very rude and unhelpful. Luckily I found six dollars in CHANGE in my vehicle so that I could get gas and get home... I HATE YOU PEOPLE
