Staff was wonderful (looked like they were a little short handed but the waiter/bartender did a great job). DJ was great. Food was great. They were out of a few items but it didn't dampen the evening. Had the family with me (5 kids) on a Friday night and it was just fine for everyone. Looks like it could be a real fun place for adults as the night gets later.

Called in an order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. My husband got there about 15 minutes after calling. After nearly an hour wait he asked the status of the food because he had waited so long, and the staff lied about our 2 burgers being on the grill. When all said and done, it took an hour and a half to get our 2 burgers and fries. The food was decent but not worth the god awful service. Would not recommend.

Bartender was very nice, but that is all that was good. We were the only ones there and it took for ever for our food. The fries ad onion rings tasted like old grease. The burgers weren't really good either. It might be a good place to go and drink and shoot some pool, but I would not waste my money eating there again.

When in Surfside- Sharkies is a must! Go for the burgers, sit on the deck, enjoy the sights and sounds of the Gulf. You will not be disappointed. We have been loyal patrons since 2008.

The location is nice, and the food was great. They also allowed us to have our dog with us on the deck, but unfortunately everyone that usually comes here smokes like a chimney. At this moment they are allowing alcohol but you have to bring your own from home. Great in theory, but there were some people getting a little too loose with how much they were drinking. I understand with everything going on they need to lighten the rules, but they need to do a better job of making people not show up just to get hammered. Not a good look
