I got my PO Box when I first moved to San Antonio and it was a very simple, cheap and easy process. J.R. and his family always have a positive attitude when I get my packages. I've been to several UPS local locations recently and this is far, far and away the most efficient and most friendly. It's amazing how much difference it makes when you're greeted warmly, helped efficiently, and treated with respect. I will go out of my way to come here from now on.

Friendly and helpful staff. Staff made good recommendations for type of box and packing needed to ship items. The process was made efficient because needed addresses and information were already in the UPS system. This location was convenient. Easy in and out parking.
