Mitchell's Pier

I asked for a pint of shrimp: 1. It was $10 which is almost 50% higher than the $7 all the other bait shops sell it for, 2. They can't take credit or debit cards because they didn't want to continue paying the merchant fees for the terminal, and 3. (Worst of all in my opinion) she said oh there's a couple crabs in there... like half of the pint was crabs. Literally scooped and got 3 shrimp and 3 crabs. Such an epic disappointment.

Poor customer service she ask for me to wear a mask but the lady had no mask plus she said you need know exactly what you want if not I can't help you.... I need to see I'm not a professional fisherman

Store is closed inside. Only buy bait standing outside. The guy says you have to wear a mask. I said I'm outside and you're behind plexiglass. He wouldn't sell me bait until I went and got mask. Saltgrass bait is way better. Thats my last time herw.

Need a mask to stand outside by yourself. Don't shop here because of they are too stupid enough to think masks work....well.....

Bad customer service! They don’t inform their customers on anything they are selling! When asked a simple question 2 employees just “MATTER OF FACTLY” replied with rude replies trying to make the customer feel stupid! Rude people run this establishment!
