Horrible customer service. The male manager today basically accused me of returning used shoes when my husband literally tried them on, felt they were too big and put them back in the box where they sat for a couple days in my truck until i had the time to make it in to exchange. When i tried to explain to him he hadn't worn them he got the shoes and said these look used obviously and went on. Long story short check shoes before purchasing because obviously they don't check and will sell you worn shoes and then accuse you and basically call you a liar if you need to exchange for any reason. First and last time in this store.
Sketchers outlet, nike prices! I remember when sketchers was the affordable brand... Bogo 1/2 off still a decent deal tho
The shoes here are very comfortable, so I won’t change the brand in the future, just that
