The entire fitting process was phenomenal! Excellent first impression. Staff was very knowledgeable and took their time with all customers; I never once felt rushed. Finally narrowed it down to 2 perfect shoes with the perfect combination of inserts. When I finally chose a pair, I left with a big smile. I was so impressed by my experience, that I returned the following day and purchased the other pair I was looking at. As a physical therapist, I am often asked for recommendations on inserts and shoes. Fleet feet has definitely become a top choice. Keep up the great work!
I called to make an appointment before hand to make sure I could get the full treatment I’ve been reading about on reviews. When I arrived for my appointment Evan was happy to assist. We sat and discussed what I was looking for. He asked all the right questions and for my questions he had all the right answers. We took a scan of my foot and he had me walk over a small padded path. This was so cool because he showed me what my virtual foot looks like and explained all the needs a shoe should give me. Not to mention he sent me a copy of my virtual foot threw email. Evan brought me 3 pars of shoes and was very patient as I had a ton of questions. He also brought me some insoles to help with my foot. I can not express enough how great Evan helped me and made my first visit something I will share with everyone possible. I will be returning for future purchases. Ty Evan! I went there since I needed some new running shoes. The employees were nice and helped me find the best shoe. The experience was great will go there again when I need another pair of running shoes.
The products provided helped me recover from my plantar fasciitis I was dealing with for a few months. Kat took care of me on my visit there and she provided me the best customer service I’ve had in years. She was very knowledgeable in how to identify the type of shoe to wear, and extremely patient through out the process. She answered all of my questions and assured I felt comfortable with the shoe she thought would be a best fit for me based off of my foot scan. I plan to go back to get more shoes based off of my first experience there. Thanks Kat!
