My mother passed away very unexpectedly in January. She left little clues to what (if any) financial institutions she was a member of. When I called and explained that I am the Executor of her estate and asked for affirmation on whether she was a member the woman who answered was downright rude. She informed me that she couldn’t help me after an exasperated and terse “your mom didn’t have an account here.” I didn’t even give her my mother’s name and she refused to be of any further assistance. I pray that she never has to deal with someone such as herself when her loved one passes away. What a slap in the face. This bank is not one I would ever become a member of and I will be sure to dissuade others from becoming members as well.

The Service was good at first AFTER I opened account but when I come by to show my appreciation by buying the workers Bbq Plates ALL gave me a awqard face then I lost my DL I return to bank to see they SEEN ME WALK up and Literally Locced. The door and said its 3:00 pm yet I called before to notify them I was coming still they treated me as if I was a criminal and this is due to either me being new and yet I didn't even get I appreciate the Plates etc not one said anything Believe me I would not end an account if the TREATMENT was and service was good yet I felt like a Criminal and that part is no good being CLOSED DOOR IN MY FACE due to it being EXACTLY 3:00 pm just don't cut it and I Do Not speak recommend this type of business in Freeport and I don't wear wear just anything I'm Very Dressy I M Always in slacks and dress detailed clothing sooo their business should not have treated me in such a way I allowed them to keep $2.72cents for their time I removed All else
