Don’t even bother trying to register over the phone. Better yet don’t bother calling them. You won’t get a response and it may take hours and hours of waiting on hold to get to someone, and then they may just hang up on you instead of transferring you to the right department. If you can afford better, do it. These people do not care. All they want is your money. They are the bane of my existence.nnOh, and forget the psychiatry department. They’ve practically got a skeleton crew because of their staff leaving and are spread so thin you’re lucky if you can get an appointment four months down the line from when you called.nnJust avoid this place

For those complaining about the service, I am not sure why. Rudy has helped us several times get on the program. When we couldn't pay, the collections company called us and we started payment slowly. We paid $20 a month then more when we were able to. I had my gall bladder taken out and my husband and I have been super happy not only with this office and how great they all are to the doctors and staff at the North Clinic. My husband got hurt at work (self-employeed) and needed medical attention. We had lost the coverage because he didn't work for a few months and couldn't afford it but when we needed it, the staff went above and beyond by setting up the appointment the same day and approving us, all this during a pandemic when their office is not even open. The North Clinic got the referral completed and the specialist was able to see my husband quickly. I don't know what we would have done without all the moving parts and the great effort these people made. From Lorrie at the North Clinic, Erica in cutomer service asking her supervisor (Karen) to approve the referral, and Daniela with TDI all pushing above and beyond their duty to get my husband seen. We are truly blessed and I thank God these people took our call the other day.

Insurance is better!nPeople with financial difficulties are better off getting 75% off from regular insurance and getting premium doctor service; than never getting discount and paying the 100% price at 256$ per month.nUnless you have no insurance and need continued treatment that might exceed 1600$, there is no penny you will save from this plan.nI got my credit ruined because I couldn’t afford to pay what I was given to pay. They ruined my credit with 3 derogatory accounts! Why not give me one collection. 3 collection companies eating my credit score is beyond disgusting. People who read my review, please beware of this monsters. University Hospital doesn’t care for you!

We went and applied for CareLink medical coverage. It's medical care at a reduced rate with an easy payment plan. No more worries about medical visits. They have an Express Med clinic that only charges a $15 copay. And the medicines are all $15 a prescription. A+++
