Like they say to each his own opinions but I don’t see how people could have such a bad review on this facility as I just had an abdominal surgery in the outpatient services floor and got out today. I do have to say that the staff the doctors the nurses were all exceptionally professional and really were concerned about the care I was receiving and they were very attentive professional attended to my every need and I couldn’t say any less than what they deserve they deserve the upmost respect and recognition for the dedication that they have for their patients. Thank you Dr. Portillo, the nurses, the staff and administration for making this process easy for me and working with me on my share of cost portion this is what good business is all about and this hospital deserves better reviews than what they have gotten in the past. thank you again so much.

We had small procedure done as out patient for my mother. From check in to check out, every process was smooth. Staff and Drs were great. The nurse who assisted us ,Sherry Jackson, was kind , courteous , helpful , knowledgeable and amazing lady. Big thanks to her!! I was pleased with everything!!

By far the worst medical experience ever! The medical staff was super unattentive. They never gave me my lab and test results, then they practically shoved me out the door without the Dr even coming to see me or explain what might have been going on. Now they want to send me a bill for services?? Basically charging me to sit on a hospital bed for an hour and a half to get kicked out? HA! Good one! Doesn't matter how sick you are, please do NOT go there if you care about your health.

If it wasn’t for the specialty doctor that we were referred to that works in this hospital. This would be my last choice of hospitals to take my mom. They are rude and the hospital is so outdated. Not to mention I received no updates on my mom after her surgery. They said they took my name and number down, but never got a call back the first day. It wasn’t until the next day I found out that she was running a high fever which no one called and told me about. I understand they are working hard but all I wanted was an update on my mom. NOT HAPPY!!!

This Doctor is Horrible Dr. Roy Crowover. he didn’t even check me at all. In the emergency room, people go there because I had an emergency. I can’t complain about the nurses they were nice. Dr. Roy you are the worst Doctor Crownover
