I really loved the labor and delivery area ud83dude0d had everything I needed after I had my 3rd child

This was the worst hospital stay for my father. His nurse, Cheryl was very rude and should not be in Health Care. I called to get information on my father’s care and she stated “she didn’t know what I was talking about”. She also told me that she didn’t have time to be arguing with me when she was rude to everyone. This happened 1/1/21. What a way to start the New year

Yes I am here struggling for my life with Covid 19nI will tell you that the nurses cna’s staff are the mostnTalented and hard working people I have ever seen !nThey are professional and loving ud83eudd70 I’m so glad to be here I’m safe and all my doctors have been fantastic and professional. They are dedicated to keeping me breathing!

What kind of hospital sends you to the ER to take a covid-19 test before your outpatient procedure after you were promised over the phone you would not have to go through the ER or be put at covid risk? What kind of hospital places a well person with sick people before an outpatient procedure? What kind of hospital does this after being paid $1200 for that procedure and even though that payment was made only a few hours before, voids the payment after you cancel but takes several days to refund a payment that didn’t ever clear to begin with so now it’s just being held in limbo? This hospital does. Don’t go here. They are rude, will injure you or place your life in danger, and you’ll be like I am, after the 5th Business day still waiting to be refunded and calling in at 2:30pm to a business office supposed to be open until 5pm, only to reach automated messages that the business is closed and to call back during business hours. IM CALLING DUING YOUR BUSINESS HOURS!!! You all really are the worst!

My father is there on 8th floor and he is well taken care by most of the nurses there in special by Ashley one of the most kind person there and her team every time my father needs something they are there they are also very nice to my mother that is staying there with my father thank y’all team
