This location is not even worth a star: the bank agents and banker, and the branch manager has now all messed up. I would call a different branch and they would fix it. These people have no idea what the hell is going on. They are ver incompetent, do not trust them at all.
Very friendly customer service - I can always expect to be greeted with a smile and my name. There may sometimes be a wait but nothing unexpected for in-person banking. Definitely completes deposits quicker than any other BBVA location I have gone to.
Some of the WORST customer service I've experienced at a bank. This branch was awful. No line whatsoever yet it still managed to take 19 minutes to cash a check. There wasn't any clear communication at all. The only saving grace was Ms. Tamez who was friendly and helpful...too bad it took 16 minutes before she was available to help. Terrible branch.
35 minutes waiting for the bankers finished lunch ... very bad communication with customers ... something that is not common in other banks ... should take action to improve asunto..y ...
