I just recently great experience with this particular Verizon store. Amanda was very professional and very knowledgeable and was able to save me money and put me on a better plan and have great suggestions about choosing the right phone for me. It’s nice to be able to go to the cell phone store and get this kind of service. Thanks again Amanda, keep up the good work and I hopefully you see this and you get rewarded for giving such good service.
I accepted a Verizon online offer to upgrade my phone but i had to get it via FEDEX because the offer was an online exclusive. Frank at AMG Verizon was wonderful. For a small fee (and well worth it!) he transferred all the information from old to new then wiped my old phone clean ready for trade in. He took the time to make sure everything had transferred properly and showed me how to access some of the features, and helped me with the glass shield and added mini SD card. Thanks Frank!
Amanda was very helpful! Will never go to another Verizon. She makes appointments and accepts walk ins ! Never had to wait ! exceptional service very informative done to the cent on out the door prices and monthly dues
Greeted as we came in, the associate was quick to help and provided us with the best solution and what would be the best deal for our son. Even went to give us a good deal on the case for his phone! Very friendly, knowledgeable and quick! It’s a small store, but when your in a bind like we were, they were able to step up and help! Would recommend!
I love my new phone! the blonde girl there didnt have the phone i wanted but got it delivered in five minutes ! never seen anything like it! and while we waited for the phone to get there she already started the transfer process. even with waiting for the phone i was only there 30 MAYBE 35 minutes! so happy with this store and its so convenient in location to my house!
