This store opened this weekend and we were able to enjoy exceptional customer service! The staff went above and beyond meeting our needs and know how to cater to the clientele; they genuinely cared. They connected with us and made us feel like our needs were most important. That's a hard task given the pace of people coming in and out the door! We were offered champagne which I gladly accepted and started our shopping experience! By the way; I came in with no intention of buying anything but left with a handbag and boots. Qualty isn't just in the product but also the customer service which most retailers lack ... At Stuart Weitzman they excelled!! I look forward to another visit soon!
LOVE these shoes! They fit me like they were custom made for me. I only wish I could afford to buy more.
