Walked in to try some on in store so I could be confident in buying online through SI. They let us know they now do the SI discount in store! It's so convenient and the service from the associates was great. They were very knowledgeable about the products and process of ordering the shades we chose because they were out of stock in store. He got them shipped straight to our home which is in another town and they showed up right on time a few days later. Very pleased with the overall experience and always with the quality of Oakley.
IO called to get a pair of reading frames that were expired. After seeing the frames were no longer offered, he went and searched and found the last pair the store found in a box that was supposed to be transferred to the outlets. They were able to put them on hold and I again have my favorite pair of frames. Everytime I am in there, the staff is friendly and helpful.
Went in just to look but workers took the time and effort to find me and show me the shaded and showed me how better the products have become!!
Only part that sucked was waiting outside to go inside to buy my sunglasses. But over all had a great experience.
My experience was fast and easy. The price was better than other places with better options in my opinion. The overall quality of my glasses is great! The staff was helpful and assuring. Nothing negative I can think of and I can't say the same about any other place I've ever bought glasses from.
